*I apologize for the lack of posting yesterday; the internet connection at my school gave out for several hours while I was trying to get it completed. Therefore, you’re getting two posts today before I jet off to NYC tomorrow. Only 3 installments left of Blush Week after today!
Seeing as I’m headed to the Big Apple tomorrow afternoon, I’ve got some serious shopping planned for this trip, namely at Sephora. Since I’ve slowly but surely become a blush fanatic, I thought I’d let you guys in on which blushes currently sit on my shopping-list (whether I manage to pick them all up this time around or not lol)
Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso
This stunning blush has been on list for ages now. It’s a favorite of so many beauty bloggers and vloggers and at such a low price for so much quality product, it’s about time I made it mine!
Josie Maran Watercolor Cheek Gelee in Honeymoon Honey
I’m already a fan of the Watercolor Cheek Gelee in and I think a cream/gel blush in a more berry/neutral tone would be a unique addition to my collection. Plus the formula is so cooling and comfortable.
Too Faced Love Flush Blush in Baby Love
Just the other day, I did a review for the Too Faced Love Flush Blushes I have, and as all three of those were rather bright colors, I think this lovely dusty-rose blush would be a great way to broaden my opinion of this blush range.
Nars Blush in Madly
One of my favorite Beauty Vloggers, Kathleen Lights declared this as a “must-have blush”, a true underdog in the beauty world. It doesn’t look like much in the pan, but is stunning once on the cheeks.
Clinique Cheek Pop Blush in Peach Pop
The range of Cheek Pops by Clinique is mesmerizing. They are insanely pigmented and add a stunning something-extra to the skin, and this peach color seems like the place to start building my collection.
Benefit Box-o-Powder Blush in Coralista
I am a huge fan of the Benefit Box-o-Powder blushes so far, and since I already have two rather seasonal blushes, why not go for 3/4? Coralista seems like it would be a perfect tone to pair with a summer tan (or fake tan as I’ll probably get it).
Tarte 12 hr. Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed
Another everyone-and-their-mother-has-heard-about-this blush, Exposed is said to a be a perfect neutral blush, and seeing how much I love the Amazonian Clay blush currently in my collection, I don’t see why I wouldn’t be appreciating this one.
NYX High Definition Blush in Taupe
Anna of Ravishing Roses once did a post saying that this blush with its ashy-taupe tone made a perfect contour shade for pale skin, and since that day this drugstore blush has been on my list. An amazing contour shade for my skin color at only $6 USD??? Sign me up!
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure
This pricey one made my If-I-had-all-of-the-money-in-the-world list. The Ambient Lighting Blushes by Hourglass are coveted favorites, but really steep in price. Mood Exposure looks like the perfect pop-on-and-go blush, and the light-reflecting properties would instantly boost your complexion.
